Promoter
The promoter of this competition is [The International Diamond Trust &
74947664598], trading as DX Diamonds, with registered office at [Level 2/ 339
Bourke Street, Melbourne, VIC, Australia, 3000].
Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are
not eligible to enter.
By entering, participants confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements.
Competition Period
The competition commences at 8:00 am AEST on Thursday, 9 October
2025 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on Thursday, 6 November
2025 (“Competition Period”).
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Complete the Find Your Engagement Ring Quiz hosted
at www.dxdiamonds.com.au during the Competition Period;
- Enter a valid email address; and
- Subscribe to receive marketing communications from DX Diamonds.
Only one entry per person and per email address will be accepted.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.
5. Prize
The prize is one (1) lab-grown diamond engagement ring from DX Diamonds’
collection, valued up to AUD $6,000.
The winner may choose to upgrade their diamond or ring design to a higher value
option at their own additional cost.
The prize is supplied as is and cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or
redeemed for cash or store credit under any circumstances, except as required
by law.
DX Diamonds reserves the right to substitute the prize with a ring of equal or
greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries by DX Diamonds
staff in a manual draw conducted at the Promoter’s offices on Monday, 10
November 2025.
The winner will be notified by email only no later than Sunday, 30 November
2025.
If the winner does not respond to claim the prize within 14 days of the
notification email being sent, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will be
conducted.
The winner’s name will be published online
at www.dxdiamonds.com.au within 7 days of the draw.
7. Prize Conditions
The winner must attend an in-person consultation at DX Diamonds’ Melbourne
or Sydney showroom (or via virtual consultation if interstate) to finalise their ring
selection.
The winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and
residency before the prize is awarded.
Any costs exceeding the $6,000 prize value (including upgrades, resizing,
engraving, additional stones, travel, and accommodation) will be the
responsibility of the winner.
DX Diamonds is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or other costs associated
with claiming the prize.
8. Disqualification
DX Diamonds reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the
entry process, provides false or misleading information, or otherwise breaches
these Terms & Conditions.
9. Marketing & Publicity
By entering, participants consent to DX Diamonds using their name, likeness,
and entry details for promotional purposes without additional compensation,
unless prohibited by law.
Entrants agree to receive marketing communications from DX Diamonds, with
the option to unsubscribe at any time.
10. Liability
DX Diamonds is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered (including
indirect or consequential loss) as a result of entering or winning the prize, except
for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
DX Diamonds is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or any issues
outside its reasonable control.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected during the competition will be handled in
accordance with DX Diamonds’ Privacy Policy available
at www.dxdiamonds.com.au.
Information may be used for the administration of the competition and for
marketing purposes as stated in clause 9.
12. General
DX Diamonds’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
DX Diamonds reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if
unforeseen circumstances arise, including events outside its control.
Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
