Our DX Diamonds Price Assurance

At DX Diamonds, we believe every client deserves exceptional quality — and outstanding value.
If you happen to find the identical diamond (verified by the same certificate number) at a lower price from another Australian retailer, we are pleased to match it — subject to the following terms:

Eligibility:

• The diamond must match exactly in every detail, including certificate number
• The competitor must be a recognised Australian-based retailer (not a private seller, marketplace, or auction platform).
• The diamond must be immediately available for purchase at the time of your price match request.
• We match on the final total price, inclusive of any applicable taxes, shipping, and fees.

Craftsmanship Matters:

Please note, we do not price match on jewellery pieces or settings.
Our craftsmanship is at the heart of every piece we create.
We take pride in offering the finest quality, and we do not believe it is appropriate to compare our standards to lesser, mass-produced alternatives offered at lower prices.

How to Arrange a Price Match:

• Simply present a valid written quote, website link, or invoice clearly showing the certificate number and price
• Contact our Customer Care team on 1300 929 888 or customercare@dxdiamonds.com.au , who will carefully review and verify the information for you.
• Once approved, we will honour the competitor’s price — ensuring you receive the finest without compromise.

Exclusions:

• Price assurance is available prior to purchase only.
• Offers relating to clearance, liquidation sales, promotional discounts, or pricing errors are excluded.
• DX Diamonds reserves the right to authenticate all claims before confirming a price match.
