DX Diamonds Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    • The gift voucher can be redeemed on our website or in person at our Melbourne and Sydney showrooms.
    • The voucher is non-transferable and must be used by the person named on it unless otherwise stated.
  2. Redemption
    • For online purchases:  The voucher code must be entered at checkout to redeem its value.
    • For in-store purchases:  The voucher must be presented to staff at the time of payment.
    • Only one gift voucher can be used per transaction.
    • The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift vouchers.
  3. Validity
    • The gift voucher is valid for three years from the date of issue. After this period, any unused balance will expire.
    • The voucher can be redeemed in part or in full, but any remaining balance must be used within the validity period.
  4. Restrictions
    • The voucher is not replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged and cannot be reissued.
  5. Refunds and Exchanges
    • Products purchased using a gift voucher are subject to our standard refund and exchange policy.
    • If a refund is issued for a purchase made with a gift voucher, the refund will be credited back to a new gift voucher.
  6. General
    • The gift voucher is a one-time use voucher and cannot be reloaded.
    • DX Diamonds reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
