Instagram Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The competition is promoted by DX Diamonds, located at Level 4, 267 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000 , ABN: 74 947 664 598.

2. Eligibility

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
• Employees, immediate family members, and agents of DX Diamonds are not eligible.
• Entrants must have a public Instagram account.

3. Competition Period

• Starts: 17.06.2025 at 5pm AEST
• Ends: 01.07.2025 at 5pm AEST
• Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter:

1. Follow @dx_diamonds on Instagram.
2. Like the competition post.
3. Tag x3 friends in the comments.
4. Optional: Share the post to your Instagram Story for an extra entry.

No purchase necessary. Multiple entries allowed; each must tag different friends.

5. Prize

• One 18k gold diamond half-eternity band valued at $2,500 AUD").
• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• DX Diamonds reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winner will be selected at random on 3 July 2025.
• Winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 3 business days.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

7. Delivery

• Prize will be shipped to an Australian address provided by the winner.
• DX Diamonds is not responsible for any delays or damages during shipping.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants consent to DX Diamonds using their name and Instagram handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Disqualification

DX Diamonds reserves the right to disqualify entries that:

• Are incomplete or illegible.
• Violate Instagram's terms of service.
• Are deemed inappropriate or offensive.
