If you want to know your or your partner’s ring size without spoiling the surprise, you might try borrowing a ring they already wear and have it sized by our team. Alternatively, you can ask for help from a close friend or family member who may know their ring size. We also have ourdownloadable ring size guidethat you can print and cut out for more accurate measurements.
We’re happy to offer one free resizing within 90 days of shipment for our standard rings, as long as the adjustment is no more than three sizes up or down. Customised, modified, and engraved rings come with resizing fees. Reach out to our team to find out more.
Delivery for your engagement ring can take up to five weeks, depending on your chosen design.
Yes, all our diamonds are certified by the GIA (Gemological Institute of America) and the IGI (International Gemological Institute), ensuring they meet the highest industry standards. In addition to this certification, we also apply our own DX quality criteria, guaranteeing that you only have access to the finest diamonds available.
While we do not offer payment plans, we allow you to place your order with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days of your initial deposit. Additional payment options may also be available upon checkout depending on the total cost of your order.
We offer a return policy that allows you a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment.
